Testimonials

We are so lucky to own “The Heart-Shaped Beaver” – only Jules could have spotted the shape - and she has captured him so beautifully.

We are members of the Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, and supported the introduction of beavers to the Willington Wetlands Reserve in 2021 – I can still remember the excitement that day, 27 September – when we were able to watch the release of the first pair live online, and we have followed the progress of both pairs, and their kits too.

These wonderfully industrious herbivores are benefiting other wildlife species in the wetlands area, creating a new habitat with their dams, and helping to reduce flooding.
They are the first beavers in Derbyshire for 800 years.

So I was really excited to bid in the auction of “The Heart-Shaped Beaver” in support of the Trust’s work with beavers at Willington – and over the moon to win him! Since then we have met Jules, and seen that her love of wildlife shines through, and inspires her wonderful artworks.

Thank you Jules for this very special piece of art.

Oh Jules!  Thank you so so much!!

Firstly, you are soooo talented.

They are so gorgeous close up and the energies of each just leap from the page.

It’s like each animal is giving me a loving hug right now (ok so Fox may wander off in a min but for now he’s happy to embrace)

Not only are these prints absolutely beautiful but I feel really honoured to have the number 1s!!! (Of each!! I’m actually full of emotion right now if you could see me - been a bit rough this week but what a positive turnaround)

Feeling absolutely special right now!! 🥰❤️❤️

I really love these cards too - thank you so much for gifting them.

I’d really love to collect all your LEs but will definitely be on the lookout for Simply Red and The Heart Shaped Beaver in particular - I was admiring those ones the other night - you must have read my mind :-)

"After recently buying our dream home in Derbyshire, my partner and I had been on the lookout for artwork from local artists. We spent the day at the arts and crafts event whilst visiting Cromford Mill where I was immediately drawn to the energy in the corner of the room. This is where I met Jules for the first time and met Badger too!

I’ve loved badgers for as long as I remember and have had the pleasure of encountering a few on local walks. I took a business card and left with a view to contacting Jules at a later stage - our house move wasn’t for a few months.

After making contact with Jules, I hadn’t anticipated the incredible insight and wisdom each piece represented.

Every email I received from Jules, felt like a warm welcoming hug and every contact was filled with wonderful energy and inspiration. I felt like I’d known Jules for years. Jules shared with me all about Badger's wisdom and how 10% of each sale goes towards the protection of wildlife and how she purchases her frames from a local seller. A true ethical artist and seller.

I purchased the original fine art and he sits in our living room space, in our cosy cottage which is situated next to the enchanting Stoney Wood. I love looking at him and feeling his grounding presence in our home.

When you purchase artwork from Jules, you are not only buying a beautiful piece of artwork, you are being brought closer to these beautiful souls and the wisdom they offer, and in turn, we are able to tune into our own true selves in the process. What a gift Jules is to us and the wildlife she deeply connects us with."

I have recently received two of Jules’ prints, Black Velvet and Wild Mustang and previously Kenning Fox.

I can’t stop looking at them.

Her work is amazing and captures the essence of the animal, the eyes in particular and shows how much she connects with each animal.

I met Jules at the Animal Communication Conferences in 2012 and 2013 and subsequently joined one of her animal communication weekends which I enjoyed immensely.

Jules’ ability to communicate with animals is wonderful and I learned a lot. I was also a volunteer when Jules was the UK Director of the White Lion Protection Trust joining in fundraising, etc. for these beautiful beings.

"I love this print of Jules Chabeaux’s pencil drawing of a wild rabbit.

I bought it from her at Belper Art Trail and it's just come back from the framers.

Jules has a real connection with wild animals and it really shows in this portrait of "The Thankful Visitor" (the rabbit was grateful because Jules had rescued one of her babies.)

It's the way she's captured that hesitant look of "Shall I trust you, or am I too shy?" without romanticising or prettifying the animal."

“I was so very surprised and delighted to receive the notification advising that I had won a print from Jules.

When I viewed the selection my heart was immediately drawn to Mrs Rabbit which captures the very soul essence of this lovely fellow creature.

I could see and sense, when I viewed the print on Jules' website, this little lady almost moving and shimmering with her timidity.

At the same time her eye, which draws the viewer in so much, shows that wonderful connection between animal and artist. To look into a fellow creature's eyes is surely to enter into another universe.

When the print arrived it confirmed my thoughts and will soon be displayed in my home. I know that each time I view it I shall be freshly entranced.  Thank you Jules for the opportunity to enter another fellow creature's universe.”

As soon as I saw the Triumphant Green Woodpecker  I knew it was the picture for me!

It is absolutely beautiful and you can tell it has been drawn with love!

You can tell in all her artwork how passionate she is about every subject she draws! I will definitely be purchasing from Jules again.”

Jules and I connected on Instagram where I discovered her Weekly Wildlife Wisdom Lives Friday at 10 am (UK).

I'm fascinated by her deep, spiritual connection to wildlife souls. I was fortunate to meet Jules at Buxton Pavilion Artist and Designer Fair.

I bought her book, “The Purpose of Species”, which she signed and a pack of “The Triumphant Green Woodpecker” cards for my Mum, which she loved.  I also bought a signed print of “Grey Wolf Wisdom” from Jules’ website for my niece.

“I am graced with being the owner of several original pieces of Jules’ work. Jules’ art is irresistible, not only for the sheer beauty of each piece, but because each rendering springs from her rare gift of her soul connection to the animal’s original medicine (spiritual gifts and messages.)

As I read the message of her most recent painting, Owl, Silent Wisdom, I realize she carries and channels the wisdom of Owl. She possesses not only the artist eye but also carries a stillness and awareness of the subtle signs and symbols that each animal possesses.

She holds a deep reverence for all animals which adds to her ability to bring life to each painting. All these gorgeous movements are brought to each piece of her artwork. Anyone who owns a piece of her work lives in gratitude. ”

Since collecting the Kenning Fox from Jules a week ago - he keeps mesmerising me to come over and say hello to him from his regal position overlooking the countryside in my snug.

Such a handsome and smiling depiction of a beautiful animal - born to be free and wild, we are so lucky to have wild foxes in our lives!  OK, unless you keep chickens! Thanks Jules - he makes my day - everyday.

“I follow Jules as she’s been creating her true to life wildlife pieces, so I was over the moon when she added greetings cards to her shop. I ordered two packs and was delighted with them. The quality of the cards, and even the envelopes are exceptional. They look really special presented in their own little gift box. So special that I’m buying more as presents for my family and friends. They look and feel far more expensive than they are. Thanks Jules, one very happy customer.”

“I was SO delighted when Jules first shared that she would be adding a Robin to her Wild Britain collection and, even before he was finished, I knew I wanted to offer this beautiful piece – my namesake - a home here in Wales!

I’ve loved Jules’ work for over a decade now, having first met her on an Animal Communication workshop that she led back in 2011.  I then attended a couple of conferences that she co founded called “Awakening To Animals”, and bought a copy of her amazing book, “The Purpose of Species".

All Jules’ work is co-created with the animals themselves and truly captures their essence and soul.  She is an amazing ambassador and advocate for all animals, using her art to inform and inspire.  I love her Insta Weekly Wildlife Wisdom Lives, sharing insight from a wide range of species.

She is a passionate, deeply caring, uncannily intuitive and profoundly genuine person and this shines through everything that she does.  I’m so honoured to have her as a friend!”

“When I first laid my eyes on "An Eye To The Future" painting by Jules Chabeaux, I was overcome with emotion.

Certainly there is beauty in the capturing of such a majestic animal and there is so much more. I experience a vulnerability and hope within the eye of the giraffe that is much needed in our world.

As I gaze at my gift I am also reminded of the courage it takes to stick one's neck out and be a leader. I am amazed at how Jules is able to express all of this with her subtle colors and attention to detail. I am so grateful for this painting in my life!”

“Hi Jules, my calendar has arrived, it’s beautiful, thank you. I like the difference in the pencil strokes that creates the realness of the animal's fur & feathers, it really defines the animal & brings it to life. Thank you again.”
